Delivery & Returns


Totezee Delivery & Returns Information

Orders will be dispatched within three (3) working days of placing the order. We offer delivery with Evri and Royal Mail at checkout and you will receive a tracking email once dispatched. Your delivery may need to be signed for.

UK deliveries

  • EXPRESS Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (£5.99) (2 days)

USA deliveries 

  • FREE Royal Mail International Delivery (3-7 days)
  • EXPRESS: DHL Express International Delivery (£25) (1-3 days)

We take care of duties and taxes, so you have nothing to pay.

Australia deliveries 

  • FREE Royal Mail International Delivery (3-10 days)
  • EXPRESS: DHL Express International Delivery (£30) (1-3 days)

We take care of duties and taxes, so you have nothing to pay.

EU deliveries 

  • FREE Royal Mail International Delivery (3-10 days)
  • EXPRESS: DHL Express International Delivery (£19.95) (1-3 days)

We take care of duties and taxes apart from in: Finland/ Denmark / Sweden/ Norway & Switzerland.

UAE deliveries 

  • FREE Royal Mail International Delivery (3-10 days)
  • EXPRESS: UAE DHL Express Delivery (£30) (1-3 days)

PO BOX Address must be supplied when using Royal Mail. We take care of all duties and taxes, so you have nothing to pay.

Rest of world deliveries 

All orders are sent using Royal Mail. All customs/duty payable by the customer.

Please note we do everything we can to look after any custom duties, however this is not always possible. Please check your own Countries’ limits and charges before purchasing.

Cancellation of orders

As we work with a third party fulfilment centre, where we can, we will try our very best to cancel orders. But due to us working extremely efficiently to get your orders out as quickly as possible we may not be able to intercept this before the order has been personalised or processed, therefore your cancellation requested may not be accepted.

Returns 

If you would like to return your item please email hello@totezee.com to initiate the returns process.

We hope you love your Totezee purchase, but should you change your mind, we only ask that the following requirements are met:

 - Please ensure items are returned the way we sent them out to you. 

- All labels and tags must still be attached with no marks to the pieces.
- If you received strap, it must be included with your return. 

We accept returns back within 28 days of the dispatch date providing they are in a re-sellable and unworn condition and in the original box. 

Totezee warranty 

All Totezee products have a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase

In the unlikely event that a product fails in the warranty period including all stitching, zips, metalwork, or straps you can return it to us for a repair or replacement so long as the products have been fairly treated for the period.
This does not cover products that have been damaged by misuse, accidents or unauthorised repair. If you have received an item which you believe to be faulty, contact our customer service team at hello@totezee.com
Please note that our warranty does not cover general wear and tear.
